Pergola kit and support experience
I bought the Motorized Louvered Pergola Kit a few weeks ago. The ordering process online was easy enough, good descriptions and pictures. Shipping took about 9 days to get to my place in Arizona, which felt a little slow but it was a big item. When I started assembling it, one small part for the integrated gutters was missing. I called customer support and they were helpful, sent the part out right away, arrived in 3 days. The pergola itself seems very sturdy and the motorized louvers work smoothly.
